Scripture:
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast.” — Isaiah 26:3
Reflection:
Busy days can pull the mind in many directions. Worries about work, family, and tomorrow can crowd out peace.
Peace is not the absence of responsibility. It is the presence of trust. Scripture teaches that peace grows when the mind remains fixed on God, even while hands remain busy.
Choosing peace may look like slowing your breathing, speaking gently, or pausing for a brief prayer before continuing the day. These small choices create space for God’s calm to enter.
Peace is possible, even in full days.
Prayer:
God, help us choose peace today. Steady our minds and guide our steps. Amen.
