When Strength Feels Low

Scripture: “The Lord gives strength to His people.” — Psalm 29:11 Reflection: There are days when strength feels low — physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Work continues, responsibilities remain, and yet the energy to carry them feels thin. Scripture does not deny these moments. Instead, it reminds us that strength does not come only from within us. God gives strength to His people, often quietly and gradually. Strength may come through rest, through the kindness of another person, or through the simple decision to take the next small step. It may not remove the difficulty, but it allows us to endure it. When strength feels low, it is not a sign of failure. It is often an invitation to depend more fully on God. Prayer: Lord, give strength where it is lacking today. Help each person reading this take the next step with trust. Amen.

Scripture:

“The Lord gives strength to His people.” — Psalm 29:11

Reflection:

There are days when strength feels low — physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

Prayer:

Lord, give strength where it is lacking today. Help each person reading this take the next step with trust. Amen.
